They will typically not include title insurance, title endorsements, attorney and/or title closing fees.

- Jumbo Loans - $400,000 loan amount for APR.
- Prepayment Penalty - NO prepayment penalty.
- Escrow / Impound Account - Yes, where allowed.
- Points - Includes both origination and discount points.
- Lock - Number of days this rate quote can be locked for.
