		<description>Alan, because of the higher median values in California - there are times when it is harder to qualify.  Before conforming limits were raised for FHA, options were even more limited since most home loans were well beyond loan limits.

 As for specific documentation, it will depend on your particular situation and lender. For income documents, they generally ask for W2s, paystubs, or tax returns. For self employed and small business owners, tax returns and profit &#38; loss statements will usually do.</description>
