		<description>Oh most definitely. I figure we should welcome this change, because 3.5% is really not that much. And those who can't legitimately come up with that kind of down payment - I'd speak for this market and say that is the kind of borrower we are trying to shift away from in this current housing market.</description>

		<description>I couldn't really say it mean goodbye to the "buy buy" market, but I think it should improve numbers of people who are walking away from their mortgages. It seems if you get something for free, you aren't as likely to keep it.</description>
