Interest Rate Prediction
Last week the Federal Government boosted interest
rates, as was anticipated by many forecasters. After raising rates as promised,
the home loan market stabilized.
Stabilization in the market can be attributed to the Fed's hike in short-term
rates across the board.
The forthcoming week offers a nominal amount of economic data to be released in
Washington, therefore we can expect interest rates to stay on an even keel,
possibly experiencing increases midweek then recessing by Friday.
